Auckland is home. Our workshop is in Stanmore Bay on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, and we've been building saunas across the city for years, from Matakana and Warkworth in the north to Pukekohe in the south.
In the city we've built a hybrid sauna in a walk-in wardrobe in Parnell and a spruce sauna a few streets away, a sauna and steam room in Flat Bush, cedar saunas in Mellons Bay and Wiri (the Wiri one with a steam generator too), and an aspen sauna in Whitford with a Harvia Virta Combi, automatic steam dosing and fibre-optic lighting. In south Auckland we built a sauna and steam room with Harvia spa modules and a curved ceiling, and further out, saunas in Clevedon and Ardmore.
Out west and north we've built outdoor saunas from the ground up in Westmere, Pukekohe, Warkworth and Matakana, with decks, Shadowclad walls and Finnish spruce inside, plus saunas in Waimauku, Coatesville and Omaha, and two more in Matakana with local builders.
For businesses and Auckland Council we've rebuilt an apartment complex's sauna for its owners' society, built a hybrid sauna for a Grafton gym, worked on the sauna at Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre in Remuera, supplied a steam generator for a central Auckland hotel, and supplied controls, elements and stones for Onehunga Pools and Glenfield Leisure Centre.

Every room we build is designed for its space. That might be a standalone outdoor sauna, a sauna in the pool house, a corner of the garage, or a compact sauna built into joinery. We also build steam rooms and hybrid saunas with a traditional heater and infrared together, and wood-fired saunas where there's no power to spare.
Benches are made and test-fitted in our Auckland workshop, then the room is built on site with Finnish and Estonian sauna timber and Harvia heaters we import ourselves. Behind the walls it's the same every time: proper insulation, a real vapour barrier, heat-rated cable and good ventilation.

Being based in Whangaparāoa means most of Auckland is an easy drive. We can come and measure up, you can visit the workshop to see the timber, and if anything needs attention after handover, we're not far away.

Need a heater, timber or parts for your own project? Most of it is in stock in Stanmore Bay, with free pick-up. We've supplied heaters and parts to homes from Hobsonville and Henderson Valley to Remuera, Mission Bay, Half Moon Bay and Takanini.
Servicing, repairs and upgrades.
We service saunas whether we built them or not: worn-out stones, tired benches, heaters that take forever to heat, poor ventilation and smells. A new heater or a set of fresh benches can make an old sauna feel new again.
